1. General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions form the legally binding agreement that applies when you use the may9vip platform and all of its related services. By accessing the platform, opening an account, or playing games, you are considered to have read and accepted all of these terms.

We are a platform providing football betting, Live Casino, slots, and card games for players in Myanmar. Using our services is taken as a mutual agreement that you understand and will comply with these terms.

2. Account Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and play on this platform, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from playing on our platform.
  • Playing must not violate the laws of your country or region of residence.
  • You must be playing of your own free will and on your own behalf. Playing on behalf of another person is not allowed.
  • You must not have had an account previously closed or banned on this platform.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Opening an Account

Each player is allowed to open one account only. Every individual must play using their own personal account. Opening additional accounts for the same person is a violation of our terms.

3.2 Registration Details

The name, phone number, and payment details you provide at registration must be accurate. Submitting false information may result in account closure. Players must keep their Login ID and Password confidential and must not share them with anyone.

3.3 Account Security

If unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify our support team (24-hour Live Chat) immediately. Until such a report is made, the account holder will be held responsible for all activity on that account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

Accepted deposit methods on our platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks.

  • Deposits must be made using a KBZPay or Wave Money seven-digit number or bank card registered in your own name.
  • If a deposit is made using another person's bank card or payment method, the funds may be investigated and frozen.
  • Transaction records (Transaction ID) are only viewable for the last 3 months.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks, and withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment details provided at registration.

  • If there is an active bonus wagering requirement remaining at the time of a withdrawal request, the withdrawal cannot be processed until it is completed.
  • Deposit and withdrawal patterns suspected of money laundering may be investigated.
  • Additional documents may be requested during the investigation.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only. If transactions involve foreign currency, the player is responsible for any exchange rate costs.

5. Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The may9vip platform gives a 200% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks.

  • Example (1): Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you an account balance of 60,000 Ks. Wagering required: 40,000 × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks.
  • Example (2): Deposit 320,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving you an account balance of 620,000 Ks. Wagering required: 300,000 × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks.

The bonus wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount. You can only withdraw winnings from the bonus after completing the wagering requirement.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus may have its own wagering requirement and validity period. If the period expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • If betting patterns suggest the bonus is being exploited through risk-free betting or linked wagers, the bonus may be voided.
  • All decisions related to bonuses are final and made by may9vip.
  • The welcome bonus applies once per player. If the same IP address, phone number, or payment number is detected, the bonus may be voided.

5.3 VIP Cashback

As you reach higher may9vip VIP levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum), your weekly cashback rate increases — up to 1.2% per week at Platinum level. VIP level upgrades are based on each player's gameplay history.

6. Gameplay Rules

Games available on this platform include football betting, Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), slots, Shan Koe Mee, Crash Games, and fish shooting games.

  • You can only play with sufficient funds in your account — playing on credit is not allowed.
  • Players accept game results as final. Completed bets cannot be changed or cancelled, except in cases of technical error.
  • If a gameplay issue occurs due to camera malfunction, game software error, or server problems, only that specific incident will be reviewed and resolved.
  • Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30) is used as the reference for all gameplay records.

7. Prohibited Actions

If any of the following actions are found, your account will be immediately closed and funds may be forfeited:

  • Playing a risk-free strategy with the intention of withdrawing bonus funds in full without any losses
  • Using software exploits (bots, scripts, or automation tools) to play
  • Sharing your login credentials with another person and playing
  • Using group betting across multiple accounts to circumvent bonus requirements
  • Making deposits or withdrawals for money laundering or fraudulent purposes
  • Being abusive toward service staff or other players
  • Attempting to hack the platform website, software, or data

8. Personal Data Protection

9. Account Suspension and Restrictions

may9vip may temporarily restrict or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

  • If the player themselves requests account closure (in relation to responsible gaming)

At the time of account closure, any bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements and any pending bets may be forfeited. Any genuine cash balance will be returned once the review is complete.
